The 17th Sunday in Ordinary Time

• Please pray for all St. Anthony’s friends and family members who are ill or deceased. 

This week we especially want to pray for Jack and Sarah Miller, Father Ignatius, Father Bo, Jim Benjamin, Jonathan Nichols, Linda Nichols, Javier Saldana, Father Ted and all parishioners suffering from illnesses as well as those listed in our weekly parish bulletIn

• Welcome home Father Ignatius!  We’re so happy to have you home.. For a while Father will have to go to Danville 3 days a week for Dialysis. Dialysis will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoons beginning at 12:30 PM. Thanks to all who have assisted with meals or rides.  

• There will be no weekday masses on Tuesday. There will be Mass on Thursday and Adoration until 11:00am. 

• There are many opportunities to serve at St. Anthony’s. Please consider being a server, usher, lector, Eucharistic Minister, or helping on a committee such as St. Vincent de Paul, Liturgy, Evangelization, Bingo, or Special Events.  

•  St. Anthony’s Parish Picnic is next Saturday, August 1 at the parish hall following 5 PM Mass .Hot dogs and sloppy joes will be provided.  Please bring a side to share. There is a sign up sheet in the back of the church. 

• Next week you will receive a letter in the mail listing the 3 choices for the new name for our merged parish.  If you would like to vote, your vote must be turned in by August 9
