First Holy Communion
First Communion Mass will be followed by a celebration for communicants, as well as confirmands (Confirmation Students) and newly baptized as well as RCIA members in the parish hall after the 9 am mass.
Donut Sunday
The St. Anthony 's Catholic Heart Work Camp Ministry sponsors Donut Sundays on the first Sunday of the month. It’s not just donuts! Breakfast casseroles and beverages are also provided.
While optional, any and all goodwill donations are accepted.

Garage Sale Weekend
St Anthony’s will be participating in the Hoopeston wide garage sale weekend, June 6-7. Donations can be dropped off at the Parish Hall starting May 22.

Spring Cleaning Day
St. Anthony’s will have our Annual Spring Cleaning Day on Saturday, April 25 from 8am-12 pm. Lunch will be served. We hope many will join us. It’s a fun day of work and fellowship.

Palm Sunday

Good evening/ Good Morning! Welcome and thank you to all who have joined us today for this Eucharistic Celebration.
Today we celebrate Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord
Please pray for all St. Anthony’s friends and family members who are ill or deceased. This week we especially want to pray for Briget Kleiss, Mary Ann Anderson, Fred Zemke, Karen Leader, Hart Williamson, Ernie Saldana, Jim and Debbie Benjamin, Jim and Kay Brown, Loretta Alt, Father Ignatius and Father Ted and all parishioners suffering from illnesses as well as those listed in our weekly parish bulletin.
Debbie will be out of the office from March 28-April 3. If you have an emergency please call the rectory.
There will be no daily Mass onTuesday. Father Ignatius and 2 parishioners will be in Peoria for the Chrism Mass.
Please join us for Shadow Stations of the Cross presented by our Confirmation and Faith Formation students in the parish hall on Wednesday at 5PM. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt for all of the kids following the Stations.

We will be welcoming three new members to our church family at the Easter Vigil Mass. Congratulations to Aydia and Asher Shadley who will be baptised and receive their First Communion and Max Boswell who has completed the Order of Christian Initiation process and will receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.

David, The Movie
Don’t miss out! On Wednesday, February 4, at 5:00PM, The Lorraine Theatre will be doing a private showing of the movie, David, for St. Anthony’s Faith formation classes as well as all St. Anthony’s parishioners, their families and friends. All tickets will be $6.00 a person. We hope everyone will join us for this special showing. The story that will be depicted in the movie can be found in the Bible in First Samuel, Chapters 16-17. (1 Samuel:16-17)
