Welcome, and thank you to all who have joined us today for this Eucharistic Celebration.
For the next several weeks, Father John from Uganda will be assisting Father with Masses. Welcome, Father John!
Today we celebrate the 23rd Sunday in Ordinary Time. The readings begin on page 198.
Please pray for all St. Anthony’s friends and family members who are ill or deceased.
This week, we especially remember Jack and Sarah Miller, Father Ignatius, Father Bo, Jim Benjamin, Jonathan Nichols, Linda Nichols, Javier Saldana, Father Ted, all parishioners suffering from illness, and those listed in our weekly parish bulletin.
Weekday Masses have resumed. Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday. Thursday Adoration will be from 9:00–10:00 a.m.
The Parish Council will meet Thursday, September 10, at 6:00 p.m.
If you are interested in becoming Catholic, or know someone who may be interested, OCIA classes will begin soon. Please contact Thomas Baldwin or Debbie Benjamin for more information.
Families, please mark your calendars! Faith Formation will begin Wednesday, September 23, at 5:00 p.m. with Mass and registration.
Debbie will be out of the office Wednesday, September 9, through Wednesday, September 16. If you have an emergency, please contact the rectory.
Please read the bulletin for additional parish information. Several inserts are included this week, including information about the Annual Diocesan Appeal (ADA) for the fiscal year that began July 1. ADA cards are available in the pews for your convenience.
Thank you!
