Sunday, October 18 – 29th Sunday in Ordinary Time
Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 AM, followed by Spanish Mass at 11:00 AM. The readings begin on page 211.
Please keep Jerry Northam, Sharon Johnson, Linda Nicholls, Father Ignatius, Father Bo, Father Ted, and all parishioners suffering from illness in your prayers.
We also ask for prayers for the repose of the soul of Jose Torres, who passed away suddenly, and for his wife, Raquel, who was hospitalized following his death.
Sunday, October 18 – Youth Group Yard Work Fundraiser
St. Anthony’s Youth Group will be helping parishioners and community members with yard work on October 18 and November 8. Please support our youth while getting a little help with your fall yard work!

Tuesday, October 20 – Coffee & Rosary

Mass Schedule Reminder: There will be no 8:30 AM Mass on Tuesday, October 20, as Father will be attending a meeting with the bishop.
Tuesday, October 20 – Cheeseburger in Paradise Fundraiser
5:00 PM | Rossville Family Restaurant
Rossville Family Restaurant will sponsor Cheeseburger in Paradise to benefit the Hoopeston Breast Cancer Support Group. Come out for a delicious meal and support this worthy community organization!
Wednesday, October 21 – Faith Formation (CCD)
5:00 PM | Parish Hall
Faith Formation classes will meet at 5:00 PM. We are pleased to have 34 young people participating in our CCD program!
Students are reminded to sign the Mass attendance sheet at the back of the church.
Thursday, October 22 – Evangelization Committee Meeting
6:00 PM | Parish Hall
The Evangelization Committee will meet in the parish hall. Committee members are encouraged to attend.
Monday, October 26 – Spooktacular Community Outreach
St. Anthony’s Special Events Committee will once again participate in the community Spooktacular celebration by distributing treat bags to local children.
Donations of individually wrapped candy are greatly appreciated and may be placed in the collection tub at the back of the church.
Each treat bag will also include a St. Anthony’s contact card inviting families to join us for Mass.
Thank you for helping us share a little kindness with our community!

Doors Open: 5:00 PM | Games Begin: 6:00 PM
Join us for an evening of Bingo, food, and fellowship!
Food and homemade desserts will be available for purchase. Bring a friend and enjoy a fun evening with our parish community.
Saturday, November 7 – St. Anthony’s Vendor Fair

The Special Events Committee invites everyone to our annual Vendor Fair beginning at 9:00 AM.
Browse the vendors and enjoy St. Anthony’s famous tacos and nachos, available for purchase beginning at 11:00 AM.
